If you haven’t created your Anywhere Clubs Community account, please start there.
Once you have created your Anywhere Clubs Community account, you can login and see your new Profile Page. You can also download our Anywhere Clubs Mobile App to your mobile device.
Add a Profile Photo for your Anywhere Clubs account by clicking on the Edit button on your Profile Page. Once you click on the Edit button, you will be able to add or change your Profile Photo.
Now that you have created your Anywhere Clubs Community account, it’s time to Create Your Store for your Personal Training business or your Fitness Club.
STEP 1: Go to the Create Account page and follow the steps to set up your new Personal Trainer Account and Dashboard where you will manage all your bookings.
STEP 2: A
*Business Name: If you don’t have a legal business name just enter your First and Last Name as the Business Name.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you are a Personal Trainer, you will be required to provide proof of your Certified Personal Training Certificate when booking training sessions with clients at Anywhere Clubs Fitness Clubs. Please upload your Certified Personal Training Certificate and Insurance Certificate screenshots (image files only).
Click on the Submit button to complete the Create Account Registration and you will be redirected to your new Anywhere Clubs Merchant Dashboard.
*PLEASE NOTE: Your new Anywhere Clubs Account will be under verification after registration. You will receive an email after your account verification is completed from the Anywhere Clubs Admin Team.
STEP 3: While your new Anywhere Clubs Account is under review with Anywhere Clubs Admin Team, you can connect your bank account to your store so you can receive payments from Anywhere Clubs for your product sales and commissions.
Click on the Settings tab on your Anywhere Clubs Trainer Dashboard
Then click on the red Link Stripe Account button – the next screen will appear where you will enter your bank account information for Stripe Connect verification.
IMPORTANT: If you have any issues with connecting your bank account or going through the Stripe Connect verification process please contact our Anywhere Clubs Support chat user on our Anywhere Clubs Community app at @anywhereclubs or email at support@anywhereclubs.com
*PLEASE NOTE: all our Anywhere Clubs payment processing goes through Stripe Connect. If you have any issues specifically with the Stripe Connect verification, please contact Stripe Support.
PASSWORD RESET: If you are having issues logging into your Anywhere Clubs Trainer Dashboard, you might have to reset the password. To reset the password for your Trainer Account, please go to the Trainer Log In page and click on Forgot Password. This will open the Forgot Password page and will send you a secure password reset link to the email account registered to your Anywhere Clubs Trainer Account. If you have any issues receiving the password reset email, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If the password reset email can’t be found, please contact Merchant Support:
