If you haven’t created your Anywhere Clubs Community account, please start there.
Once you have created your Anywhere Clubs Community account, you can login and see your new Profile Page. You can also download our Anywhere Clubs Mobile App to your mobile device.
Add a Profile Photo for your Anywhere Clubs account by clicking on the Edit button on your Profile Page. Once you click on the Edit button, you will be able to add or change your Profile Photo.
Now that you have created your Anywhere Clubs Community account, it’s time to Create Your Store for your Personal Training business or your Fitness Club.
STEP 1: Go to the Merchant Registration page and enter your Merchant Name (Business Name).
STEP 2: Accept the Anywhere Clubs Liability Waiver Agreement by clicking on the dropdown option -> Please accept the terms and condition of the Liability Waiver Agreement
Enter your Business Name (operating as)
Select Merchant Type: Personal Trainer, Fitness Club, or Other Merchant.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you are a Personal Trainer, you will be required to provide proof of your Certified Personal Training Certificate when booking training sessions with clients at Anywhere Clubs Fitness Clubs. Please upload your Certified Personal Training Certificate and Insurance Certificate screenshots (image files only).
Click on the Submit button to complete the Merchant Registration and you will be redirected to your Anywhere Clubs Merchant Dashboard.
*PLEASE NOTE: Your new Merchant Account will be under verification after registration. You will receive an email after your account verification is completed from Anywhere Clubs Marketplace Admin.
STEP 3: While your new Merchant Account is under review with Anywhere Clubs Marketplace Admin, you can connect your bank account to your store so you can receive payments from Anywhere Clubs for your product sales and commissions.
Click on the Payment tab on your Merchant Dashboard
Then click on the black Add Account button – the next screen will appear where you will enter your bank account information for Stripe Connect verification.
IMPORTANT: If you have any issues with connecting your bank account or going through the Stripe Connect verification process please contact our Merchant Support chat user on our Anywhere Clubs Community app at @anywhereclubs or email at support@anywhereclubs.com
*PLEASE NOTE: all our Anywhere Clubs payment processing goes through Stripe Connect. If you have any issues specifically with the Stripe Connect verification, please contact Stripe Support.
PASSWORD RESET: If you are having issues logging into your Anywhere Clubs Merchant Dashboard, you might have to reset the password. To reset the password for your Merchant Account, please go to the Merchant Admin Log in page and click on Forgot Password. This will open the Forgot Password page and will send you a secure password reset link to the email account registered to your Merchant Account with Anywhere Clubs. If you have any issues receiving the password reset email, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If the password reset email can’t be found, please contact Merchant Support:
